Mr. Robert Goldin, of the State Farm Insurance office at 819 East St. Charles Road, spoke in favor of the petition. He thanked the Village for cleaning up the property from the previous applicant, and stated that he hoped that the proposed conditional use would be approved. Mr. Goldin stated that the applicant was cleaning up the property, and that the applicant and his business would be a welcome addition to St. Charles Road.
