BURJ PLAZA LLC (“Petitioner”), on its own behalf and for STATE GROUP MANAGEMENT LLC and 83RD HOLDING, LLC, all as the operator and owners of 505 West Roosevelt Road (reserved for future addresses as 501-509 West Roosevelt Road), 515 West Roosevelt Road (reserved for future addresses as 511-529 West Roosevelt Road, and 531-593 West Roosevelt Road) and 1210 South Finley Road (referred to herein as the “shopping center” or “Property” or the “Subject Property”) respectfully seeks approval of the following relief in relation to previously approved Ordinance No. 8348, 8349, and 8386:
