The Finance and Administration Committee recommended by a split 4-3 vote, that the Village Board limit the levy increase to new growth/constrction only. Three Committee Members voted against this recommendation in favor of approving the full levy increase of $453,282 in the 2027 Budget and a Core Service Fund to direct those additional revenues toward Board priorities.
