PC 26-14: 352 N. Broadview Resubdivision
The petitioner, Manco Home Builders, Inc., requests the Village take the following actions on the subject property located within the R2 Single-Family Residence District:
1. Pursuant to Section 154.203(E) of Village Code, approve a plat of resubdivision with a variation from Section 155.407(E) of Village Code to reduce the required minimum lot width for Lot 1 in the proposed resubdivision from sixty feet (60’) to fifty-seven feet (57’); and
2. Pursuant to Section 155.407(F)(2) of Village Code, approve a variation to reduce the required corner side yard setback for a detached single-family dwelling on Lot 1 in the proposed resubdivision from twenty feet (20’) to six feet (6’). (DISTRICT #1)
