Purchase of One (1) Forestry Aerial Truck and One (1) Chip Truck and an Ordinance Declaring Certain Municipal Vehicles as Surplus, and Authorizing Sale Thereof
Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Custom Truck One Source of Forest, Virginia in the amount of $315,846.00. Staff received three (3) proposals with Custom Truck One Source providing the lowest quote for purchasing one aerial truck and one chip truck. Approval of an Ordinance declaring Unit FO392, a 2015 Ford F-750, Unit FO393, a 2015 Ford F-750 and WP424, a 2024 Ford F-250 as surplus and authorizing their sale and/or disposal. Staff requests a waiver of first reading.
