and Resolution 24-03 relative to PC 02-22, 500 E. Roosevelt Road, requesting that the Village take the following actions on the subject property located within the B4 Corridor Commercial District:
1. Approve a conditional use for motor vehicle sales, service and repair,
2. Approve a conditional use for two principal buildings on a lot of record, and
3. Approve a conditional use for a planned development with a deviation from Section 153.505 (B) to allow for more than one (1) wall sign per street front exposure.
4. Resolution authorizing signatures of the President and Clerk on a License Agreement.
The petitioner is requesting a waiver of first reading.
