from the Plan Commission to deny SPA 03-06, 500 E. Roosevelt Road, Westgate Lincoln-Mercury, requesting site plan approval of the following sign deviations on the subject property located within the B4 Corridor Commercial District Planned Development:
1. A deviation from Section 153.505 (B)(5)(b)(2) to allow for a freestanding sign fronting on a state right-of-way of 144 square feet in size where a maximum of 125 square feet in sign surface area is permitted; and
2. A deviation from Section 153.505(B)(5)(d)(2) to allow for a freestanding sign fronting on a state right-of-way of 29 feet 11 inches in height where a maximum of 25 feet is permitted.
The petitioner is appealing the Plan Commission's recommendation of denial.
