Requests site plan approval of the following signage deviations along the Route 64 entrance within the Heron Point Office Planned Development:
1. To increase the height of a freestanding sign from 6 feet to 26 feet; and
2. To exceed the allowable sign area for a freestanding sign from 30 feet to 119 feet.
