Washington Boulevard, requesting a variation from Section 155.406 (F) (4) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required rear yard setback to approximately twelve feet (12') where thirty-five feet (35') is required to allow for the construction of an addition in the R2 Single-Family Residence District.
