approving a preliminary plat of subdivision for Grove and Charlotte Condominiums, a R6 Planned Development, with exceptions to the Lombard Zoning Ordinance including:
A. Multi-Family dwellings; to allow forty-one (41) dwelling units where thirty-eight (38) are permitted, B. Interior Side yard setback; to allow a fifteen (15) foot
setback where twenty-five (25) feet is required; C. Maximum Floor Area Ratio; to allow the total floor area to equal 90,804 square feet where 68,511 square feet is permitted. D. A variation to the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to allow for
an eighteen (18) foot drive aisle where a twenty-four (24) foot drive aisle is required. E A variation to the Lombard Subdivision and Development Ordinance which requires that all easements provide a minimum of a ten (10) foot easement. (District #4)
