Lombard Restaurant Week

PURPOSE
The Village is organizing the first ever Lombard Restaurant Week to be held January 23 to February 1, 2026.
BACKGROUND & RATIONALE
The Village-wide restaurant week will be a community event where multiple restaurants within Lombard will participate in a coordinated promotion for 10 days. The goal is to encourage locals and visitors to dine out, explore new places, and support local businesses.
It will be open to all restaurants, cafés, breweries and eateries in the Village of Lombard. Village staff will begin promoting the event to all restaurants in the Village beginning the week of December 8th through various outreach efforts including email, mailed letters, flyers, social media, and face-to-face visits.
Participating restaurants are encouraged to feature a special offering designed to highlight what makes their establishment unique. Each restaurant will craft their special to align with one of the following four categories and offer it consistently throughout the ten days of Restaurant Week:
• Option 1 Prix Fixe Menu
• Option 2 Percentage off of the Bill
• Option 3 Buy One, Get One
• Option 4 Free Add On
To participate restaurants must complete an online participation form that includes providing details about their special offering(s) and submitting high resolution photos. The deadline for submitting to participate is December 31, 2025. (DISTRICT ALL)
