Requests site plan approval of the following signage deviations located within the Highlands of Lombard B3 Planned Development:
1. A deviation from Section 153.505 (B) (16) (b) (1) to allow for two wall signs of 79.5 square feet each, where a maximum of 38.5 square feet is allowed; and
2. A deviation from Section 153.211 (F), Section 153.239 (F) of the Sign Ordinance to allow for mixed wall and canopy signage.
