In conjunction with a request for a variation to Section 155.406 (F)(2) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required corner side yard setback from twenty feet (20') to twelve feet (12'), the petitioner also requests a variation to Section 155.406 (E) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to provide for a Lot of Record of 46.74 feet in width in the R2 Single-Family Residence District.
