relative to ZBA 03-11, 151 N. Charlotte Street, requesting that the following variations be approved for the subject property, which is located within the R2 Single-Family Residence District:
1) A variation to Section 155.406 (F) (1) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required front yard setback to twenty-two feet (22') where thirty feet (30') is required; and
2) A variation to Section 155.406 (F) (2) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required corner side yard setback to nine feet (9') where twenty feet (20') is required.
