requesting the following actions be taken on the subject property, located within an O Office District Planned Development:
1. Approval of a major change to the approved planned development (Ordinance 2481) to allow for an alternate office development plan; and
2. Pursuant to Section 155.508 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance, approve a deviation from Section 155.602 to reduce the requisite number of parking spaces for the proposed office building from 154 to 153. (This item withdrawn by the petitioner.)
