relative to PC 02-15, 444 W. 22nd Street, requesting that the Village take the following actions on the subject property located within the B3 Community Shopping District:
1. Approve the following conditional uses:
a) A conditional use for gasoline sales;
b) A conditional use for an automobile service use (car wash); and
c) A conditional use for more than one (1) principal structure on one (1) lot of record;
2. Approve a variation from Section 153.505 (B) to allow for more than one (1) wall sign per street front exposure;
3. Approve a variation from Section 155.414(J) to reduce the transitional building setback to twenty-eight (28) feet from forty (40) feet; and
4. Approve a variation from Section 155.707 to reduce the transitional landscape yard to twenty-five (25) feet from thirty (30) feet.
