Lombard Pines Façade Improvement - The Community Development Department has received an application for the Improvement and Renovation Grant Program (also known as the Facade Grant Program) for a portion of the western facing façade at Lombard Pines Shopping Center. The applicant is seeking the maximum grant amount of $50,000 in assistance to undertake a variety of enhancements including removing the tile roof, remodeling the towers, adding new roofing, new cladding and siding, adding masonry columns, and new lighting sconces.
