In anticipation of a code amendment to the Village Code of Ordinances to regulate valet parking, the following is a text amendment to the Village Sign Ordinance to establish standards for the use of valet parking signs. The Village of Lombard requests text amendments to the following sections of the Lombard Municipal Code:
SECTION 153.239 VALET PARKING SIGNS
To establish standards for valet parking signs.
SECTION 153.503 OFFICE DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS
Adding Valet Parking Signs to the list of permitted signs.
SECTION 153.504 B1 & B2 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS
Adding Valet Parking Signs to the list of permitted signs.
SECTION 153.505 B3 & B4 COMMUNITY SHOPPING DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS
