relative to a request that the Village take the following actions on the subject property associated with PC 02-33, 220 S. Main Street, 18 W. Ash Street, and 24 W. Ash:
1. Approve a Plat of Consolidation;
2. Approve a map amendment rezoning the entire subject property to the B5A Downtown Perimeter District;
3. Approve a conditional use for an existing religious institution;
4. Approve a conditional use for an existing day care center;
5. Approve a conditional use to allow more than one principal structure on a lot of record; and
6. Approve a conditional use for a planned development with the following variations and deviations:
a. A variation from Section 155.508 (C) (6) (a) and a deviation from Section 155.417 (J) reducing the required transitional building setback yard;
b. A variation from Section 155.508 (C) (6) (b) and a deviation from Section 155.417 (K) reducing the required transitional landscape yard;
c. A deviation from Section 155.705 eliminating the required right-of-way...
