Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) regarding the traffic signal improvement at Illinois Route 53 and Parkview Boulevard/Surrey Lane. The Intergovernmental Agreement provides for IDOT to perform the improvements and the Village of Lombard to pay a portion of the signal improvements and the incorporation of emergency vehicle pre-emption systems.
