on second reading requesting that the Village take the following actions on the property:
1. Approval of an Annexation Agreement;
2. Annexation to the Village of Lombard;
3. Approval of a map amendment to rezone the property; from the R1 Estate Residential to the B3 Community Shopping District;
4. Approval of a conditional use for outdoor seating;
5. Approval of a conditional use for a drive-through establishment/service;
6. Approval of a variation to §153.207.G. of the Lombard Sign Ordinance to allow for signs painted directly on walls.
