relative to PC 02-16, 18W622 Roosevelt Road, requesting that the Village take the following actions on the property:
1. Ordinance authorizing the execution of an Annexation Agreement (2/3 of Corporate Authorities Vote Required)
2. Ordinance annexing property
3. Ordinance rezoning the property from R1 Single-Family Residence District to the B3 Community Shopping District;
4. Ordinance granting a conditional use to the Lombard Zoning Ordinance and variations to the Sign Ordinance.
Staff is requesting waiver of first reading.
