relative to ZBA 03-07, 314 W. Windsor, requesting a variation to Section 155.406 (F)(3) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required interior side yard setback from six feet (6') to three and a half feet (3.5') to accommodate the construction of an unenclosed front porch and to reduce the required interior side yard setback to five and a half feet (5.5'), where six feet (6') is required to allow for a residential addition in the R2 Single-Family Residence District. The petitioner is requesting a waiver of first reading. (DISTRICT #1)
