Harrison, requesting a variation to the Lombard Zoning Ordinance requirements to allow a six foot (6') tall fence in the corner side yard, where a four foot (4') tall fence is permitted, and from Section 155.406 (F) (2) to allow an existing principle structure to be set back ten feet (10') in a corner side yard where 20 feet (20') is required in the R2 Single-Family Residence District. The petitioner is requesting a waiver of first reading. (DISTRICT #6)
