Title: Tree Planting Program Considering all of the factors that contribute to the deficit planting, staff recommends that the Village proceed with Option 3 to address the current planting deficit. Additionally, staff recommends that the Village include additional funding in the CIP beginning in 2024 to address the structural budget deficit. Staff recommends that the budget for Tree Planting in the CIP to be increased to $125,000 annually beginning in 2024.
