requesting that the Village take the following actions on the property located within a B3 Community Shopping District:
1. Approval of a Major Plat of Resubdivision;
2. Approval of a conditional use for a Planned Development for the Subject Property with the following deviations and variations exclusively for the proposed 810 East Roosevelt Road lot:
a. a deviation from the perimeter parking lot landscaping requirements in Section 155.706 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for a parking lot within a required rear yard; and
b. a deviation from Section 153.505 (B) 16 (a) 2 (a) of the Sign Ordinance to allow for an increase in the number of wall signs allowed from one sign to two signs per street exposure for a fast-food restaurant.
3. Approval of a conditional use for a drive-through establishment/ service exclusively for the proposed 810 East Roosevelt Road lot.
The petitioner is requesting a waiver of first reading.
