Title:

Requests the Village take the following actions:
1. Approval of a map amendment to rezone the subject property from CR Conservation Recreation District to R2 Single-Family Residence District;
2. Approval of a conditional use to allow for an educational institution in the R2 Single-Family Residence District, and;
3. Approval of a conditional use for a planned development with the following deviations currently existing on the subject property:
a) To allow a variation from Section 155.706.B, Interior Landscaping, for the existing parking lot area;
b) To allow a variation from Section 155.706.C, Perimeter Parking Lot Landscaping, for the existing parking lot along the east property line; and
c) To allow a variation from Section 155.708, Foundation Landscaping, requiring a minimum of ten (10) feet in width around the perimeter of the existing school building.
