Requests that the Village take the following actions on the subject property located within the B3 Community Shopping District:
1. Approve an amendment to Ordinance 5134 which granted approval of conditional uses for gasoline sales; an automobile service use (car wash); and for more than one (1) principal structure on one (1) lot of record; as well as variations from Section 153.505 (B) to allow for more than one (1) wall sign per street front exposure; from Section 155.414 (J) to reduce the transitional building setback to twenty-eight (28) feet from forty (40) feet; and from Section 155.707 to reduce the transitional landscape yard to twenty-five (25) feet from thirty (30) feet; and
2. Approve a conditional use for a drive-through establishment/service.
