requesting that the Village take the following actions on the property:
1. Amendment to Ordinances 3990 and 3991 that required outside storage be restricted to the designated fenced area behind the building to allow outside storage in the side yard of the property;
2. Approval of the following variations:
a. An increase in the permitted fence height in the required front or corner side yard from four feet (4') to eight feet (8') in height;
b. A reduction in the required clear line of sight area requirements to allow for a solid fence of up to eight feet (8') in height, where a maximum two foot (2') open fence is permitted. (DISTRICT #4)
