Text Amendments to Title 15, Chapter 150 (Building Code) of the Village of Lombard Ordinances
Staff is proposing amendments to Title 15, Chapter 150 of the Building Code.
The amendments include:
(1) Adopting the 2024 International Existing Building Code
(2) Adopting Landscaping Ponds text amendment
(3) Amending the International Mechanical Code
(4) Amending Certificate of Occupancy fees for government agencies
(5) Combine Article IV with Article I
(6) Create a new Article IV (2024 International Existing Building Code)
