The homeowners of 245 W. Maple St., a recognized local landmark, have requested a Certificate of Appropriateness for a proposed Window Replacement Project. The Homeowners of the subject property contracted Euro-Tech Door & Window, LLC, to remove and install twenty-eight (28) heat-seal double pane, composite material windows. The replacements are the same size and location as the current windows. (DISTRICT 1)
