Public Works Scrap Metal Recycling
Request for a waiver of bids and approval of an Agreement with Cozzi Recycling, Inc. for the collection and hauling of scrap metal generated in the course of daily operations within the Public Works Department. Proposals were requested from four (4) area companies with two (2) proposals received. Cozzi Recycling had the lower hauling cost and was the only proposal that was able to provide an on-site dumpster to store large items.
