Salt Conveyor Rehabilitation Project
Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Kimco USA, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $80,000.00 for the rehabilitation of the salt conveyor system. This is the subcontractor that originally installed the conveyor system. The rubber conveyor belt and the multiple roller bearings that are essential to operation of the system have reached the end of their useful life and are failing.
